Allianz Commercial appoints new Head of Cyber in the UK for large-corp

Allianz Commercial announced the appointment of Delvin Tillett as the new Head of Cyber, for large corporate business in the UK, effective immediately.  He will be based in company’s London office and report to Sharanjit Chaggar, Regional UK Head of Financial Lines.  Michela Moro, who previously held the role is returning to her home in Italy and will take up a different opportunity.

Delvin brings 22 years of London market underwriting experience, specialising in underwriting Cyber and Technology risks for the past 12 years, most recently as Senior VP Cyber at Marsh then Senior Cyber Underwriter at Munich Re. Prior to this, he accumulated 10 years of claims experience within Cyber, Financial Institutions, Directors & Officers, and Casualty business sectors. His comprehensive background spanning both carrier and broker sides, equips him with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in the ever evolving and expanding cyber risks arena.

In his new role, Delvin will be responsible for leading the development and execution of cyber risk strategies for the UK region. Under his leadership, the Cyber team will focus on enhancing Allianz Commercial’s cyber risk solutions, ensuring they are robust, innovative and aligned with the sophisticated needs of large corporate clients.
